What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and express shipping. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location but we do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days so most orders arrive within a week. And all orders over $50 ship for free!
What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we want you to love your order. As our products are personalized custom orders, we do not offer refunds but, if you find an error with your order or you have a defective piece, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can remedy this situation as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship in the USA.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! We love bulk and wholesale orders! If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of personalized photo magnets for orders over 50, please contact us at funlovejoycreative@gmail.com for more information on pricing and available options. We work with individuals, businesses and organizations to create unique magnets for merchandise and swag. We can do logos, mascots, photography and artwork images, special quotes, memorials, save the dates, baby announcements, school, sports, and performance groups and more!
Are you available for events?
Yes! We can help you commemorate more of life's special moments with a unique experience at your upcoming event. We create memories on the spot for weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, birthdays, girls nights out, holiday parties, reunions, office parties, openings, school, sport, performance and church events, anniversaries and more!
